Performance Analytics (PA) Simulator - Micro Certification task issue

I am having trouble getting the task below completed:

 

Indicators

  1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Indicators > Automated Indicators.
  2. Add the filter condition Package.ID = com.snc.pa.
  3. Click into and review the resulting 16 indicators to ensure they capture the metrics you want to measure and track.

Any help, tips, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Indicators > Automated Indicators.

  1. Add the filter condition Package.ID = com.snc.pa

In the filter condition chose "package ==> Package fields"

Chose "ID".

Click "run".

I am having trouble getting the task below completed:

 

Environment Setup

  1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Admin Console and confirm that the Performance Analytics Application is currently inactive.
  2. Click Plugin List under the Content Library tile.
  3. Activate the paid version of Performance Analytics - Name: Performance Analytics - Premium, ID: com.snc.pa.premium.
    Note: This plugin should install in less than 5 minutes.

    In the second part of this task, you enable a plugin to generate sample ITSM data required to display KPI trends in Performance Analytics visualizations. This step is only required in this sandbox environment and should never be performed in a production instance of ServiceNow.

    1. Back in the plugin list, clear the list filter and search for the ITSM and PA Demo Data plugin with ID: com.snc.itsm_pa.demo.
    2. Install the ITSM and PA Demo Data plugin with the Load demo data option to populate demo data for Incident, Problem, and Change applications and provide sample analysis data for dashboard visualizations.
    3. Proceed with task validation without waiting for the ITSM and PA Demo Data plugin to complete as this may take up to 15-20 minutes.
