Performance Analytics (PA) Simulator - Micro Certification task issue

Getting below error on Change management collection job parameters update Task.

'Did you correctly set the 'Time' and 'Run as' settings of the Daily collection job?'

However, I am not able to set run as PA Data collector- as this user is not available in user table.

Daily Collection Activation

1. Navigate to the list of Performance Analytics data collection jobs.
2. Open the [PA Change] Daily Data Collection job. 
3. Make the following Job parameters changes: 
   
   • Run as: pa_data_collector / PA Data Collector
   • Active: checked
   • Time: 04:00:00
4. Click Execute Now to save all changes and trigger the job execution immediately.
5. Monitor the job execution by navigating to the Job Logs Related List.

Hi you set up the PA user as a New user in the  'Configure Incident Collection' section.
