Our organization is currently in the process of migrating to Platform Analytics, and as part of our planning and enablement efforts, we’re looking for an official FAQ document recommended by ServiceNow for this migration.
During my research, I came across KB1709304 – Platform Analytics Experience FAQ, which appears to be referenced as a key document. However, the KB link is not accessible from our credentials and does not seem to be working for us.
Could anyone please help clarify:
Is there an official or up-to-date FAQ specifically recommended by ServiceNow for Platform Analytics migration?
If KB1709304 is the correct reference, is there an alternative link or successor document? If yes, would you be able to share the document here or point us to an accessible version?
