Possible to have Multiple Selection in Breakdown Source in Dashboard?

Hi All,

We have created a Dashboard with Breakdown Sources added to filter on Business Services and Sub-services, and I have two questions below regarding the Breakdown Sources.

1. Is it possible to have multiple selection on the Breakdown Source, say for Business Service we would like to select two or more?

2. Is it possible to have the two Breakdown Source display next to each other, instead of in the same dropdown list (like below screenshot), so that we can have a combination of the selections? Also can we create a relationship between these two Breakdown Sources, so that when a certain Business Service is selected, then only the Sub-services for that Business Service will show?

--> You can configure multiple breakdowns and related them to indicators. But, you can not show multiple dependent breakdowns. You can see explaination and possible solution below

--> You can create relationship between 2 breakdown.

Also, you can Use a parent-child relationship with a hierarchy rollup and breakdown relations.

Breakdown Relations only work at the Breakdown level not at the Breakdown Source level.

Question: how are the business services and sub-services defined in the system.  Are they CIs that are related?

I think they are both Business Services, just differenciated by the Class. Then when I tried to create Interactive Filters for the Sub service, it shows this error, which I posted another question. Do you recognize this issue? Thanks so much!
