Predictive Intelligence- ML solution showing is false, result is unauthorized, training is canceled

Hello Community

I am beginner of Predictive Intelligence. I found all correct accurate data around 24,000.

But When I make a classification solutions, take a table incident output field category, input field short description .and update and train. After that in the related list mL solutions records available.

but is showing false. state is showing like, unauthorized, training is canceled. also I tried in CSM out of box available use case I am not getting how to run.

Please let me explain how to run out of box available use case so that I make a solutions.

I don't get why it is showing false. I have all the correct data.

Can anyone explain how to run ?

Hi Harsha, please let me know if you have found any solution. Even I have been caught in the same issue. I have nearly 40,000+ records for this.
