Activate Predictive Intelligence model after training

Hello folks,

I trained quite a lot of models and actives boxes are checked within those models. I tried to create an incident to see if autopopulate the output field I wanted but it never happened. How do you actually activate Predictive Intelligence model after training? There were some mentions about Scripting but im not sure what to do. Can you help me out?

Hi Vu,

You need to invoke it using a Business Rule on the desired table for a classification model or use the Flow designer ML Spoke. check this link below:

Thank you for your information about K21 class. I tried to check for K20 but it does not exist that might help me to modify the right business rule to enable auto-population on an Incident. Do you know how to modify the script to activate it? I have found MLPredictor in Script Include & Update Prediction Results in Business Rule but still cant activate it to autopopulate my assignment group?
