Problems with scheduling reports

Hey everyone,

Relatively new to ServiceNow, I am trying to schedule a report to run every 2 weeks. However, I cannot adjust the "Run" value on the report scheduler. I only have the "daily" option. All other values are missing from the drop-down.

I have ITIL right on the instance, I am unsure what the issue is. Any advice would be appreciated.

You have to create a scheduled report with Run Periodically with 15 days.

he cant see the other values is the issue, must be the roles I believe

I just verified on a different servicenow version, ITIL cant make schedule jobs, which kinda makes sense.

To triple check, create a PDI and create the schedule job (one using admin, one impersonating ITIL user)

You can adjust, the hours to 336 so that it fires every two weeks, but I don't think you want this answer.

 

336 hours = 2 weeks x 7days/week x 24hr/day
