Pulling report on keyworks in activity

Hi, I am trying to pull a report of Business Applications in Pending Retirement status, with the keywords 'Retirement process started' in the Activities log.  I want to send a report to all of the Application Owners with Pending Retirement tasks with a link to the Catalog Task without having to open each and every record, search for the RITM, and then find the Catalog Task.  Is there a way to do this?
