User Experience Analytics updates

I have verified that User Experience Analytics is enabled. I have also verified that setting for Now Mobile and Mobile Agent are active. However I am not seeing any new data coming in. I only see data from the users who did the install and basic testing of navigation before we went live in prod. What am I missing? I can see via our MDM system that users are downloading and installing the apps they have access to. Its been over a week since go live but I'm not seeing any new users or activity of any king in the User Experience Dashboard. We have 44 users that have install Now Mobile at minimum since not everybody has access the agent app.

 

Update: Two things were found so far with a case I opened with support.

1. Based on testing it appears that data is being gathered for Android devices. But when it comes to the experience for Agent Mobile iPhones are not being collected. I had 2 coworkers open both apps and navigate around. The data for now mobile showed but nothing for Agent Mobile.

2. For most part it seems that users are downloading the apps but not opening them. Although I cannot be 100% sure since iPhone data does not seem to always be pulling data.

 

Anybody have any thought on my iPhone data would not be getting collected?
