Query Assignment Group in tables change_request AND change_task in the same report?

I can't figure out how to do this in a report, but can do it in a general search?

I need to find all Change Records AND all Change Tasks to a specific Assignment Group in one report. I can figure out how to do it in two reports, but not in one. It's because the tables/data are different that hold the data. Is there a table or data source that has both? If so, what is it called?

I got most of it to work, but the "Close Code" isn't showing up as a Group By option in any of the report types I choose. Trying to create a PIE chart with grouping by close code (successful, deployed with issues, etc). I think because the default table is Tasks, and the metric is in the Change Request. So I can filter by it, but not group by it.

Can you send me the screenshot of the group by option?

I tried list, pie charts, bar graphs. None allow me to group by Close Code - it's just not on the list. I tried adding it as a field in the List report, but my report is timing out (which doesn't help).

yes it is not directly you need to click on the > beside chan3e request and then you will see all field of change request along with close code

I tried that but it shows "empty" in the report.
