I am attempting to apply a filter using the keywords "Ops Automation" to search for all the incidents where this specific string is mentioned under the work notes. However, I am also receiving results where only the word "Automation" is present. I am specifically looking for instances where "Ops Automation" is mentioned.
Your suggestions would be appreciated!
