"String Value" field missing in Report "Group By" on Production — Available in Dev

Hi Everyone,
We are building two reports — CSAT by Agent and Sentiment Analysis — on the MetricResult table using Performance Analytics. Both reports require grouping by the String Value field (string_value) of the MetricResult table.
In our development instance, the String Value field is visible and selectable in the Group By configuration panel of the report widget, and the reports work as expected (see screenshot 1 — "String value" is shown under Column in Group By).
However, in production, the String Value field does not appear in the Group By field picker at all. The field is visible in:
- The MetricResult table's list view in production
- The report's filter/condition builder (backend conditions) in production
But it is specifically missing only from the Group By dropdown in the report configuration on production.
If any guidance or solution on this is appreciated, Thank you.

Are the contextual ACLs in place and correct for that field on that table? I've had similar issues with reports not showing the "Group by" data, however, the data does show in list view with that field.
