Replace by static value when NULL or Empty

Hello,

i ´m doing some database views and i ´m dealing with a request that i don't know how to do it...

The question is the following, Is possible to replace a NULL or Empty value from a field? Imagine the situation, the list of incidents sorted by group, BUT when the group is NULL or Empty i will like to display "Group not assigned" instead of appearing empty on the chart. Is this possible?
