Hi, I am having customer requirement:
Create Report for:
1) Incident -> resolved every hour
2) Incident -> Opened every hour
3) Incident -> breached (4: 30 pm or 5:30 pm)
4) PTASK -> BREACHED THE DUE DATE
5) Change Window exceeded
schedule the report to abc@example.com
