Report grouped by List type field

Hello everyone,

As far as I know we cannot create reports that are grouped by 'List' type field as it has multiple values which is not supported. Is there any workaround to create such report which will show records grouped by the list field or anything like that with same functionality?

please do not ask for the validity of any solutions with explaining the requirement!

Therefore, please describe WHY you want to group by list type field. What is your use case? Which data do you want to see?

Then we can think about a proper solution.

I have lets say keyword (list type) field which stores multiple values (keywords) for specific record. I have to group them somehow to see which records have which keywords.

For example you could create a list report on a dashboard and then implement a custom interactive filter for selecting a keyword (see answer of Tiffany at the follwoing question: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=65473ab0db96ec50b3c099ead396...)

I have created same interactive filter (for the incidents just to see how it works) however list of incidents are not visible for me. I have tried to implement this solution to meet my needs but with same result. Could you please advise?
