Is there a way in Service Now reports or more likely Platform Analytics to compare the "Proposed" time stamp field in an incident with the time stamp of the earliest CI Outage record in the same incident?
I got this question from my client. But I didn't understand the requirement. If anyone can suggest the solution to this?
I know how to build reports in platform analytics. If anyone can guide me on this requirement.
