Map Report Markers Incorrectly Placed or Not Showing

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create a Map Report in ServiceNow, but I've got some issues.

Some markers are in the wrong location (e.g., points that should be in a country appear in the middle of the ocean). Some markers don’t appear at all. Even after manually adjusting latitude and longitude, the markers do not update.

I have Report and Territory Admin roles. I’ve also set up Map Sources and Country Mappings, but the issue persists.
