Hi everyone,
I have an issue with a report not following an interactive filter
Both are at the same table,
Both Follow Interactive filter and show when following filter are checked on the report settings.
The first time that i activate the "Follow Interactive filter" check box and i press done. It works very well
Whenever i refresh the page or click on the dashboard again, the report doesn't follow the interactive filter anymore.
Whenever i remove the check on "Follow Interactive filter" and reactivate it, it works again.
I'm confused and don't know what's the problem. Is it a known issue ?
Could it be the interactive filter that's causing this by any chance ?
Thanks

Hi, When you are creating a custom interactive filter It has certain limitations.
Custom IF limitations
If implemented correctly then it should work for all types of report widgets.
If possible could you create a demo page, and share it so that we can investigate what is wrong.

Hi Amin,
Kindly check the Interactive filter at the dashboard level.
the reference filter should have the table you are referring to filter.
> Edit INteractive filter >In the related list click on Interactive filter references
> if you do not see the TABLE name which is used in the report , then add the table by clicking on NEW
> now choose the table name in" Reference table " field and the reference field (which here should be the field name same as the filter field ).
NOTE : please mark the answer as helpful.
Happy Reporting everyone.
