Report of incidents with attachments

Hello guys, 

I'm running a report of the incidents and would like to be able to pull whether the incidents have an attachment or not. A count of attachments would suffice. Is there any field that pulls this from the table 'Incidents'?

You will have to create database view, then use the filter tool to create a report against that view. Like this:

So much trouble and permissions (I'm not allowed to pull from sys_whatever tables) for something so simple.

It'd be useful to have a field that simply counts the attachments as there is for priority change, reassignment, reopen, pending.
