I am trying to create a report for our Ops Managers that shows how many cases come in on whatever day of the week it currently is. I see where I can have a report that shows cases per day but I can't figure out how to pick out "This day of the week"
No i want a report that basically says Avg Cases created on Monday (because today is Monday) broken down by hour over the last 3 months. And then tomorrow it be able to switch to doing it for Tuesday.
Yes I understand how to make a report for case that were created today but I need to comparison over the last 3 months for the same day of the week and that's the part I can't figure out.
