Hi,
I am trying to run some report on incidents --
1) P1 incidents responded to within 15 minutes/total # of P1 incidents in the Measurement Window month.
2) P1 incidents resolved* within 2 hours/total # of P1 incidents in the Measurement Window month.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Sutanu

Hello,
Do those two things coincide with the SLA definitions for P1s?
Because if so, you could just report off of the incident sla table.

I have to assume you have 15 minutes Response type OLA and 2 hours Resolution type SLA added.
This way you can in easy way report on them just by hasBreached flag.
Below example for SLA. You have to define the same for response OLA. You can use incident_sla table as well.
example of indicator condition
incident indicator source
When you define sources and indicators just create formula indicators to calculate values.
