Report Title Color Not Updating

Hi Everyone,

I currently have a dashboard that consists of multiple single score reports.   I have configured a chart title color in the report designer and it updates accordingly.   An example is below.

However, after saving the changes and going back to my dashboard I see this:

I have tried different colors as well as applying the changes via both the classic and new UIs.   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

On the dashboard, you are seeing the widget name, not the chart title (although they are the same text).  

1) On the Dashboard, turn off the widget title (via the gear)

2) In the report, click "Always Show" for the title
