Report To Show Number of Items Assigned By Certain User to an Assignment Group

Greetings and forgive the long question title, but I am in search of something particular here.

I am wondering if it is possible to pull back data for the number of tickets Assigned By "User A," to a certain Assignment Group. If so, I would like to compare this number to assigned tickets by "User B," to see who has assigned the larger number, and sharing work loads.

We have a general service desk which creates tickets, then assigns them to a particular group (ours), where we then review the items, and assign them to certain individuals on our team.

The tricky part is that I can see what items I'm tagged on (Updated By), but if several other people update/touch the ticket, or other members in other assignment groups, I cannot find how to look at records that "I touched and/or 'assigned to another member first'." This is what I'm after. I eventually plan to filter out records in Excel and report who has been assigning the greater number of tickets, after an item hits our general assignment group: Review Admins.

Can anyone tell me what tables or or views I should review to get a lead on this, or is this not possible in SNOW? Let me know if I need to elaborate more clearly. Thanks.

You can configure metric definition to see number of tasks ( incident, catalog tasks etc) assigned by users to different resolver groups.

Thanks, Sachin. However, I am unaware of where I can do this. Also, keep in mind that I have only enough rights to administer, edit, update ticket items... I am no SNOW developer.

Can you kindly inform me on what areas I can make the adjustments to configure/see my reports in such a manner?
