Report to show weekly created vs resolved

I am looking to create a report that will show numbers of tickets created vs resolved, per week. I know I can use the trending bar chart, but I'm looking for something a bit easier to read like a pivot or what you'd build in Excel, with Created being on one row, and Resolve on another, the columns being the weeks, and the cells showing the numbers of created or resolved, on a given week like shown below.
Any guidance?

You can use multiple data sets for both criteria.
1 will be created and other will be for resolved.

You could use Indicator Groups to do something like this. Grab the Indicators that you need and add them to an Indicator Group and it should work. Here is a ServiceNow doc that talks about it.
