reporting on resolved tickets in the last 3 weeks

Hi everyone, i would like to do a report who give me the results of the tickets resolved in the last 3 weeks each week separately  and who have resolved this tikcet here an exemple of how the result should look like.

Hello @mregragui_ext ,

I am taking incident table as an example to answer your question.

You can create a report using reporting module with below configurations as per the screenshot

Type of report should be column user time series section

Group by can be assigned to 

Trend by can be resolved field 

Aggregate can be count 

Per can be week 

And a filter with Resolved on this month so that it should the split for last 4 weeks in a month as there is no filter for last 3 weeks

Hi @mregragui_ext ,

 

Create a report based on e.g. the incident table, apply the times series type column,  Utilize a condition in the condition builder stating "resolved relative after 21 days ago", and group by "Assigned to".
