Hello,
We created a custom application to track number of calls received in the service-desk and number of calls dropped.
We want to graph the number of calls received and the number of calls dropped all in one graph for each month.
But we can only graph one variable (either calls received or calls dropped) using the service-now reports. See attachment.
Is there a way to do this? Or is this a limitation in service-now reporting engine?
Is Performance Analytics a better reporting engine?
Service-Now customer support says it cannot be done in the regular reporting engine or Performance Analytics , others have a
different opinion that PA can do it?
I can produce the graph in Excel, but that defeats the purpose of having the information in Service-Now and exporting out just to report on it.
Any ideas on this and how to proceed would be great.
Thank you for your time.

Hi Enrique,
This is a limitation of the reporting Engine. To have multiple variables in a single graph you need to purchase the Performance Analytics platform from ServiceNow.
Your ServiceNow licence cost will be higher (I think it's a 20% extra on your total cost), but you'll gain main many useful reporting features.

Thank you Shiva for your time and opinion. I will look into books and videos on how to use PA.
