Reports to compare the value of two different column

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement to add report in the dashboard to compare and check the value of 2 different column, Example Actual vs Budget. Could any one suggest how we can do this from servicenow reports. If not possible, what is the best to add the graph like attached file.

Hi Adam, 

I created a report with data set,Is it possible to change the label name which highlighted. Actual is the Dataset name, But I cant able to identify where to change "Is Resource Capex" as "Planned"

I believe that is an option in Kingston.  What version are you running on your instance?
