Hi There
I know there are steps on this but I can't find them. I know you can revert a previous version of a record\report. where are the steps for this?
And, will those apply to Dashboards too? I ask because the OOTB Incident Management dashboard got updated and I want revert back to what came with the install.
Thanks!

Hi Brandimore,
I have used this process in different table, I believe it should work for report also.
Please use "sys_report" in order to to revert back to previous version. Please refer to the below steps:
1. Type sys_report.list in left navigation and enter. (to get all the records in report table)
2. Open the report you want to update from list populated. (search it by title)
3. If Versions related list is not available at the bottom of the record, Right click on the header-->Configure--> Related Lists.
4. Choose Versions from the available to selected and save it.
5. There might be multiple records in the related list. Open the record just below the current state record or you can check the record you need based on Created date.
You will get a Related link Revert to this version.
Please refer to the screenshots.
Please let me know for any doubts.
Regards,
Souren

That's great Amanda!!!!!!!!!!! Honored to help you.
Yes, it can be done by right clicking on the record too. I used to do one extra process just to make sure if I'm updating the correct record.
Cheers,
Souren
