Running Scheduled reports created by deactivated User

Hi,

There are a number of scheduled reports created by a User who now has left the organisation.

These reports run on time but fail to show any data in them (on the email). When the same report is run in ServiceNow data is available.

Is there a workaround to get this data available over the email as well or I will have to make all the reports all over again?

Hi Arjun,



This is because, you would have to personalize your list to see the 'Run As' column.

Once you do that you should see your list view as,

You can as an admin double click one of these records to directly make changes to the value from the List view itself.
