Scheduled Email - Dashboard Snap Shot

Hello,

I have a dashboard created with 2/3 widgets and wanted to take a snap shot everyday and schedule via email body (not an attachment) with larger audience.

Is there any possibility to achieve the same?

You can share dashboard with users using OOB functionality.

Explore Analytics allows you to schedule an entire dashboard to be emailed, and the emailed dashboard can have live reports, or it can be a frozen (but still interactive) snapshot from when the scheduled email was sent.

Hi Jaydeep, The simple answer is no - the platform does not allow you to save or schedule snapshots of dashboards. It does allow you to save and schedule the individual indicators - however, this truly looks horrific and dilutes the whole value of having a carefully constructed dashboard. ServiceNOWs position would be that they’d want users to view the Dashboard on the platform. However, anyone who’s dealt with industry leaders knows that they have zero interest in doing that. Instead, they want lightweight PDFs which are easily accessible from mobile devices. You could probably automate it via proprietary software such as Flow, but should such a common use case really have to be this clunky?

At the moment you can't email dashboards, but you can email multiple reports (data visualizations) in one email:

In the newest reporting (data visualization) functionality (the instance I'm referring to is in Washington), you can schedule a report, and then in the setup of that schedule, you can add additional "data visualizations" as additional attached files to one email:
