SMTPSender: no recipients, email send ignored

Hi ,
Schedule reporting is not triggering. The error shows SMTPSender: no recipients, email send ignored.
We have scheduled some reports and until Saturday notification got triggered.
In Email addresses field I have given email id's with semicolon as separator. I got to know like we need to use comma to separate the email ID. But how come it worked until Saturday but not now?
@Note: Saturday we have upgraded from Helsinki to Istanbul. Might be after that this issue occurs. Do we need to activate anything?

We upgraded to Istanbul this weekend and we noticed this issue as well. We found all of the scheduled reports with a semi-colon in the email addresses and replaced them with commas. This resolved the issue for us. Thanks!
