Hello, does anyone know how to change the dashboard visual to have the 2025 & 2026 data stacked together by month?

Hi @peterwakely 

Yes, this can usually be achieved by modifying the report configuration.

Try the following:

  1. Edit the report/dashboard widget

  2. Change the chart type to Stacked Column or Stacked Bar

  3. In the grouping section:

    • Group by Month

    • Then stack/group by Year

  4. Make sure the date field uses the same month values for both years

This should display Jan 2025 and Jan 2026 together in one month column with stacked values instead of showing separate yearly timelines.

You may also need to adjust the report visualization settings depending on whether you are using Classic Reports or Performance Analytics.

Many thanks for the reply and suggestion. Unfortunately, I can't group by Month. Not sure why...
