Within subscription dashboard, go into Overview, then into Instance Entitlements. Open IT Service Management Professional (Per-User) record. This is another dashboard page. Go into Subscribed users tab. I'm trying to modify the filter here and I cannot do it. It do not appear to be a standard report. Please see the attached image for reference.

Thank you

Hi @zoomsoom

The filter you are seeing is a default filter that is automatically generated based on the package selected for your account during license procurement. For example, if ITSM Pro has been selected for your account with the Per User licensing model, the corresponding default filter will be generated accordingly.

Hence, you are not allowed to alter default filter there.

If you want to edit/update  the filter:

  1. Click Advanced View.
  2. Add your desired filter criteria.
  3. Click Update.

Your custom filter will be appended to the default filter query.

Note: To the best of my knowledge, this filtering does not impact your ITSM user licensing. However, if you have any questions or concerns regarding licensing or subscriptions, please contact your ServiceNow Account Executive.
