Subscription management - CSM pro fulfillers

We’ve set up Subscription management for a customer. We’ve assumed that ServiceNow counts the following users as CSM pro fulfillers:

  • Users with only itil
  • Users with only sn_customerservice_agent
  • Users with sn_customerservice_agent and itil in combination

 

  1. Is our assumption correct, that users with only one of the roles above will count as fulfillers, not only users with both roles?
  2. Are there any other roles that will count as CSM pro fulfiller users even though the user does NOT have itil or sn_customerservice_agent?
