We’ve set up Subscription management for a customer. We’ve assumed that ServiceNow counts the following users as CSM pro fulfillers:
- Users with only itil
- Users with only sn_customerservice_agent
- Users with sn_customerservice_agent and itil in combination
- Is our assumption correct, that users with only one of the roles above will count as fulfillers, not only users with both roles?
- Are there any other roles that will count as CSM pro fulfiller users even though the user does NOT have itil or sn_customerservice_agent?
