Track Live Age of a Problem Ticket

Hi ,

 

I have a requirement to track the live age of problem ticket,  i.e.., current time - created time (not the updated time). Is it possible to do that in report? we also should not create any fields in problem record for this purpose. This has to be done in reports (show problem ticket time when report is run). Is it possible?

 

If anyone know a way, please let me know.

Hi @Rohith Sureshk1 ,

 

No, not that specific. You either need a field with some script calculation (that you have already stated should not be created), or without an SLA/OLA for the problem records. SLA/OLA is not best practice, but could serve the purpose of the requirement that you're looking for.
