Tracking and Reporting on Dashboard Usage in ServiceNow?

Hi PA Community,

I have a requirement to track and report on dashboard usage in ServiceNow. I am well aware of the fantastic step-by-step blog by @Adam Stout - Tracking and Reporting on Dashboard Usage in ServiceNow

Before going the custom table creation I am looking to understand with the Rome release is there any new OOB table or option from ServiceNow to track and report on dashboard usage or is custom table creation still required?

Hello Mark,

Not sure on the OOB feature available in Rome, But you can still explore below options

1)Have a look at the Westbury App: PA Accelerator (ServiceNow Store). Part of the App are dashboards around Usage and Adoption.

2) You can navigate to the 'sys_ui_navigator_history.list' table and filter the 'Title' and 'Description' columns based on your need. What this will answer is who, and when (but not how long). 
You can also build a quick report for usage trends for the dashboard you rolled out.
