Unable to get solid colors for Bar/Pie Charts

My bar charts or pie charts or donuts or any other report type... All are coming in the format of hashed lines, instead of solid colors (See screen shot below). I tried changing the options by clicking on gear icon, but nothing seems to be related to solid vs hashed (I am not even sure if i am calling it right). Same issue in different browsers, If i impersonate others - solid colors come up, but not for my login. Please help me find the setting that can be used to change it from hashed lines to solid colors. I am using Jakarta version.

Check General -> Data visualzation patterns enabled.
