Unable to see Target or Threshold on Widget for Breakdown Line Indicator

I've created a Target and Threshold for my Indicator but it's only showing at the Analytics Hub level and not on the widget level. 

 

I noticed fields for "show target" and "show threshold" were set to hide due to client scripts and UI policies (appear OOTB scripts/policies) but even disabling those and then checking those fields has not produced the desired effect. 

 

I've tried adding/removing the breakdown from the respective Target and Threshold fields, but nothing seems to change at Widget level. 

 

Is this achievable?

If you open the widgets in list view and add the "Show threshold" and "Show target" columns, are they true or false? If you set them to true, is the issue solved?

 

If you create a Platform Analytics Data Visualization, does that show the Target and Threshold?
