User Experience Analytics dashboard is a blank page

Hi there,

We've just installed the User Experience Analytics plug-in and followed the set-up steps for our portal(s). When clicking on 'Dashboard' under User Experience Analytics, it opens a page in a new tab "www.myinstance.com/analytics" but the page is completely blank and nothing loads.

Has anyone got any ideas/has experienced this issue and know anything potentially causing it? I've searched community, followed the steps again and repaired the plugin but nothing is working.

Hi Kieran, There could be 2 potential issues: 1. Are you using an Ad Blocker? You can try and disable it for this specific path 2. A security product called NetSkope may cause this issue and needs to be disabled for this path If the issue still persists I recommend creating a new case on Now Support. Kind regards, Zahi

Hi Zahi,

The issue was being caused by an Ad Blocker! I'd completely overlooked that it may cause issues so once I added it to the trusted sites, the dashboard loaded!

It turned out that I just need to clear my browser cache. Once I did that then the dashboard loaded properly. myccpay
