I recently generated Fiscal Calendar periods in my DEV instance. The main purpose for doing this is so we can report case volumes, opened, closed etc based on our fiscal year vs. the calendar year.
We are on Australia and now using Platform Analytics. I am having trouble using fiscal periods in filtering and/or creating data visualizations to report on cases based on a fiscal year or fiscal quarter. I know that all the fiscal periods generated properly.
Any tips or insights on how I can shift my reporting to fiscal calendar periods?
