Hi All,
Please let me know if we select created on Last Quarter condition in the reporting, what would be the time frame. Would it be (Jan - Mar), (Apr - June) calendar quarter or would it be (Dec - Feb) if i am running the report in March.
If I try to run a report for Last 2 quarters, system takes last and current quarter. If I run a report in April, then i am getting the results from Jan - Mar and also the ones created in April.

Hi Chandana,
If you are running the report in March, it will take last quarter as Oct-Dec. If you run the report on April it will take last quarter as Jan-Mar. If you run the report in April as 'Last 2 quarters' then it will take Current quarter + Last quarter.
If you want to get a report on Oct-Mar, i.e., for previous 2 quarters, you may set the filter as below:

To add to this discussion, I need to create a report that displays incidents created 2 quarters ago (the quarter before last). So if the report is run in July, The report displays incidents created between Jan - Mar. I want the filter to be dynamic and not "hard code" in the dates. I tried adding a new date range into the "Get Date Filter Options for Date Filters" Business Rule (See image below), but the new date range only shows up for interactive filters on PA Dashboards and not in Report Filters.
Any ideas on how I can and add a new drop down date range (2 Quarters Ago) selection for the report filter?

Jorge,
If you are using Performance Analytics, you might want to take a look at the Previous Period Chart setting option. In my example below, I am comparing months (as a Score and Time series chart) but this could easily be adjusted to reflect quarters. Something else worth noting: the score widget is reflecting the delta from one month to the next. When setting up your score widget, you have the option to set the number of periods back you want to compare. So if you chose a time-series of By Quarter....you could achieve what I believe you are trying to do.....
