Valid for Frequency Change on Indicator Source

I set Valid for Frequency as Daily on my Indicator Source and it has many Indicators. I need to show data in the frequency of months instead of days. I am unable to change the frequency due to the restriction from ServiceNow. Is there any way I could do that?

Hi Shankar,
- Navigate to Performance Analytics > Indicator Sources and click New.
- Enter a Name by which you can easily see what the indicator source is used for, such as Incidents.Open.
- In the Valid for Frequency field, select how often to collect the scores for the indicator source, such as Daily, Weekly, or Bi-weekly.
Indicators based on this indicator source use the Valid for frequency value as the indicator Frequency. The frequency of the data collection job for the indicator should match this value.
If you are uncertain about the frequency to set, base the frequency on your business cycle.
- Select a facts table, either directly or by reusing a report source:
Field Description Facts table Specify the facts table and any conditions for filtering the records of that table. You can specify a database view as the facts table. Report source Specify an existing report source to reuse. A report source specifies a facts table and filtering conditions. If the report source changes, a warning appears when you view the indicator source to inform you about the change. To update the indicator source, click the refresh button next to the Report sourcefield.

Jyoti,
I created all the required Indicator Sources, Indicator and Jobs with Frequency as Daily. Now, I need to change it to monthly and ServiceNow doesn't let me do it. As there are many Indicators tied to the Indicator Source , Recreating them is a lot of Work . Is there any other way to do that ?

In order to change frequency on indicator you need to remove all scores collected and assign Indicator source with Monthly frequency.
This way you will loose all history.
It is recommended to create copies of indicators using new Monthly Source and recollect data for them using new monthly Collector Job.
I did it this way.

Can you just select the time series in the Analytics Hub or on the widget to see what you want?
