I was trying to see a way to enable the 'Virtual Agent Dashboard' under the 'Conversational Analytics'.
I read somewhere that some plugin needs to be enabled for Virtual agent dashboard, but not able to get the actual plugin or steps to enable it
We are on Zurich release.
Can see the 'Conversational Analytics' plugin (App id: sn_ci_analytics) already enabled and have the latest version of 9.1.2
What else is needed so that we can monitor the Virtual agent statistics, ie the Virtual Agent Dashboard under the Conversational Analytics
We had virtual agent for some time, but now we are integrating the Virtual agent to MS Teams and hence want to monitor the adoption of VA over MS Teams
