Virtual Agent Dashboard (under Conversational Analytics)

I was trying to see a way to enable the 'Virtual Agent Dashboard' under the 'Conversational Analytics'.

I read somewhere that some plugin needs to be enabled for Virtual agent dashboard, but not able to get the actual plugin or steps to enable it

 

We are on Zurich release.

 

Can see the 'Conversational Analytics' plugin (App id: sn_ci_analytics) already enabled and have the latest version of 9.1.2

 

What else is needed so that we can monitor the Virtual agent statistics, ie the Virtual Agent Dashboard under the Conversational Analytics

 

We had virtual agent for some time, but now we are integrating the Virtual agent to MS Teams and hence want to monitor the adoption of VA over MS Teams

I checked in my PDI and the dashboard isn't available but in client's instance it is...

Can you see the dashboard as seen below?

According to this doc Install Conversational Analytics Dashboard the dashboard shall be available with the Glide Virtual Agent (com.glide.cs.chatbot) plugin.

"Starting with the San Diego release, the Conversational Analytics app is automatically installed when you initially activate the Glide Virtual Agent (com.glide.cs.chatbot) plugin. Subsequent updates for this app must be downloaded and installed from the ServiceNow Store."

 

My suggestions

If plugin is installed and roles assigned correctly and still cannot see the dashboard, then create a case from Support Portal to get assistance from ServiceNow

I re-tried in my PDI and discovered this plugin - Conversational Analytics (sn_ci_analytics)

I wanted to do so in my PDI but one of its dependencies is not available for PDIs so I cannot tell if it will help or not ://

I think the analytics has moved.
I was trying to find a module under the 'Conversational Analytics' but it is under the CI Admin Experience.
i got it thanks for the direction!
