@BryanR792945392 To my knowledge,
Resolved Incident : The issue identified and fix has been implemented to restore the service but the resolution may not be fully confirmed by the end user.
Actual Resolved Incident : Confirmed/Verified by the end user where the incident is fully closed with no issues reported (i.e.,) no reoccurrence.
