When is Performance Analytics deprecated?

I was under the impression that Performance Analytics will no longer be available starting with the Zurich release.

I recently came across this notice about a content pack:

  • Beginning with the Now Platform® Yokohama release planned for March 2025, we will no longer deploy or activate the application listed below to new instances. It will remain active in your instance, including when you upgrade to a new release family.
  • Beginning with the Now Platform® Australia release planned for March 2026, we will end support for the application listed below. While it will remain active in your instance, including when you upgrade to a new release family, we will not be able to support it.

Based on the second point, does that mean that Performance Analytics will still be available in Zurich and will only be deprecated in Australia?  Or, is support for the content available until Australia since, because of the n-1 upgrade policy, people could still be on Yokohama when Zurich is GA, thus the content pack support must still be available during the Zurich GA?

Thanks.

Exactly what application was listed below? Was it Performance Analytics or the content pack?

Hi,

a new communication will be sent with GA of Yokohama that the deprecation of Core UI dashboards and reports is planned for Australia release.
We are not deprecating the capabilities connected to Performance Analytics (Indicators/Breakdowns/Jobs) they will be transferred under the menu Platform Analytics Administration, as Jeff mentioned.

The application listed was the GRC content pack.

I was under the impression that Performance Analytics will not be available starting with Zurich and once we upgrade the platform to Zurich, it will automatically migrate all our Performance Analytics dashboards over to to Platform Analytics.  Is this still the case?

I am not certain about the exact dates of things, but the category "Performance Analytics" will not be in the navigation after migration, no. The exact same functionality will still exist, however, under "Platform Analytics Administration." So at the very least all of your indicators, breakdowns, and data collection jobs will still exist. However, you may have the possibility to move some of that functionality to a new backend called Data Snapshots, which you can see an early form of in Yokohama.
I do not know of any official deprecation of Performance Analytics, and I don't even think we are completely getting rid of the name. The only thing we are definitely in the process of doing is moving the front end to the new data source-agnostic Platform Analytics, but I don't think we are forcing that migration before Australia at the earliest, though I may be wrong.
