Why average duration is showing in reports as '0'

Hi Team,

I am trying to find out average time change_request records took to close.

but it is showing 0 for both "Duration" and Function I created\

Hi @Prathamesh Chav 

 

If you are using it in PDI, make sure that you do have data for this report. 

For example, there might be a case that you dont have any change request closed.
