Why can't I edit an existing Link in a Rich Text visualization and save?

I have a Rich Text (HTML) Visualization on a Dashboard that has some links to various things.
I need to update some of the Links, but when I try to "Edit HTML" it won't save the changes.
I found a work-around, and that is to re-create the link, and then I am able to Save, and Exit editing mode on the Dashboard.
Also, I don't see any "Rich Text" visualizations in the list of visualization. Why don't Rich Text visualizations show in this list?

Hello @Dave Hoglund
Click the three dots (extreme top right corner) next to attachment icon in the Edit HTML box and click "Source Code" icon (<>) - Find out if HTML is correct (see screenshot below) or somehow corrupted.
Hope that helps!

All looks good. The existing links work (but were pointing to our DEV instance), so I want to update to our PROD instance. It just doesn't enable the SAVE option on the Rich Text visualization if I try to edit the existing link. If I add a 2nd link (same name, proper URL to PROD), then the SAVE button for the visualization will show, and it saves properly

@Dave Hoglund
Here are two things I would recommend:
Navigate to All > type cache.do and hit enter
Ask your admin to make one existing URL update - If it works for him/her, then maybe the permission issue.
Else, just cut all the text with URLs and put it into a Word document and then modify one of the URL in the word document and then paste these back to Edit HTML and then re-try.
Hope that helps!
