I am new to performance analytics. I have created the formula indicators, I have run the jobs to gather data successfully, yet, the forumlat indicators return "no data available" when I look at the score card. I am obviouly doing something wrong but do not have a clue as to what it is. Thanks.

Hi Sally,
Check the More Info tab on the detailed scorecard (go to scorecards and select a formula indicator)
Here you'll see the indicators used for this formula. By clicking on the indicators used you can see if they have data in it. If they don't then there is your answer.
If the numerator of the formula doesn't have data its like excel (div/0), it doesn't show data.
Cheers,
Vincent

This was happening to us. Here is what we found:
1. Does the indicator source have a time frame indicated? Created on last 60 days. If we pulled in a year, well it was still not very accurate.
Solution: either clone down before starting Performance Analytics or age some old data forward using a script.
2. Is the job collector tied to the indicator? Open up your indicator - Make sure you have Breakdowns and Jobs as part of your related list. Look at the Jobs tab and make sure you have the job collectors added.
3. Check your time frames again. For example if you go to All Incidents(or to the table you are working from) and filter on that time frame is there records available? If not, then your PA Analytics score will not pull back data.
