How should I check ServiceNow production Instnace Backup history ?

Where should I check ServiceNow production instnace backup history, Will ServiceNow do the backup by default or should we request for back when required ?

Hi there,

When you login to ServiceNow Support, there is an item on the Automation Store called "List of backs for the instance". You can run this for every instance and you will get an overview of the available backups.
